In SO.VI.PI. we work on large numbers of overall capacity, with extreme versatility for every size and type of production requirement.
In our cellars we work for our customers still wines, sparkling wines, cocktails and flavoured drinks, from bulk products to bottles and cans. We have a wide range of over 140 pressure autoclaves and steel tanks, for a total capacity of over 50,000 hectolitres, with a capacity of 27,000 hectolitres inside three independent cold rooms.
Being able to count on single capacities starting from 40 and up to 500 hectolitres, we are able to work very variable quantities of product, following the different regulations (including organic production, for which we are certified) and always guaranteeing chemical-physical and biological stability of the product, thanks to the punctual and constant checks carried out in our internal laboratory .
