To guarantee the highest quality of the wines we produce, the value of the traditional processing method is complemented and supported by constant investments in research and innovation.
Each batch managed is checked analytically by our internal laboratory, from its entry to its bottling including all the intermediate stages of processing. A laboratory open to offer assistance also for companies that need analysis on the products they process in their cellars.
CONSTANT AND TIMELY ANALYSIS
The systematic control of each stage of processing allows us to verify the compliance of the analytical parameters both with the legal limits and with the customer's requests. The quality of the product is therefore analytically guaranteed both from a chemical and a microbiological point of view.
