Safety and compliance
Standard recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative to strengthen and promote food safety, the International Food Standard (IFS) is recognised both in Europe and all over the world.
The model favours the selection of suppliers for large-scale retail (GDO) branded food products, certifying their ability to provide safe products, compliant with contractual specifications and legal requirements.
Quality
The application of the BRC standard is a necessary prerequisite to be able to export products, in particular to the Anglo-Saxon world, and is a recognised guarantee of corporate reliability.
Recognised by the GFSI, it applies to food processing and preparation companies, within the framework of a management system focused on the quality and health and safety of the products.
Italian organic
First control and certification body for organic products in Italy (authorised since 1992 by the Ministry of Agriculture), Soil and Health guarantees the compliance of our production methods for organic wines, in compliance with European Union standards (Reg. EU n. 203/2012).
